Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to roofing work carried out by Storm Proof Roofing, part of Staffordshire Paving & Resin Ltd.

Quotes

Every quote is given in writing after an inspection. The price quoted is the price you pay unless you ask us to change the job, or hidden damage is found that you agree we should repair.

Hidden damage

Some problems, such as rotten timbers under tiles, cannot be seen until work starts. If we find anything like this we will show you and agree the cost with you before doing extra work.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your written quote.

Weather

Roofing depends on the weather. We may move dates to avoid working in conditions that would affect the quality of the job or the safety of our team, and we will always leave the roof watertight.

Access

You agree to give us reasonable access to the property and to let us know about anything that might affect the work, such as known asbestos or restrictions on access.

Cancellations

If you are a consumer and agreed the work away from our premises, you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start within that period you may need to pay for work already done.
